1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TradeScript AI mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Larinera ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

TradeScript AI is a code-generation and educational tool that helps you describe trading strategies in plain language and generate code for supported platforms, including MQL4, MQL5, Pine Script, cTrader cBot, and NinjaScript.

The Service may also provide AI-assisted code review, refinement, and related features. The Service does not execute trades, manage accounts, or provide brokerage services.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content and outputs from the Service are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

We do not recommend, endorse, or approve any trading strategy, instrument, or market. You are solely responsible for evaluating generated code, testing on demo accounts, and deciding whether to use any strategy in live trading.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including backtests, does not guarantee future results.

4. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials associated with your use of the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features require a paid subscription (TradeScript Pro) or one-time credit pack purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Subscription pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID account settings. Billing disputes for in-app purchases should be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple's terms.

We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements and purchase status. Credits and subscription benefits are subject to the plans displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with our systems; using the Service for unlawful purposes; or submitting content that infringes third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. Generated code is provided for your use subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party platform licenses.

You retain ownership of the strategy descriptions and inputs you provide, subject to the license needed for us to operate and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that generated code is error-free, profitable, or suitable for live deployment without your own testing and validation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larinera and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us through the App Store in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
