- How do I get help with my account?
- Email us at hello@larinera.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, the email associated with your Apple ID. We typically respond within 2 business days.
- How do subscriptions and credits work?
- TradeScript Pro is a recurring subscription that includes monthly credits. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
- How do I restore purchases?
- Open the app, go to the subscription or credits paywall, and tap "Restore Purchases". If issues persist, contact us with your Apple ID email.
- How do I report a bug?
- Send steps to reproduce, your iOS version, and screenshots if helpful to hello@larinera.com.
- Is TradeScript AI financial advice?
- No. TradeScript AI is an educational code-generation tool. Generated strategies must be reviewed and tested on demo accounts before any live use. We do not provide investment advice.
